Hourly Staff Positions:

Guest Service Representatives:

Assist the guest through the steps of the Boudin dining experience while assuring service expectations are met in an efficient and timely manner. 

Heart of House - Food Preparation Staff:

Accurately prepare recipes to Boudin standards, ensuring sanitation, quality ingredients and presentation. 

Shift Supervisor:

Maximize café/restaurant sales and profitability by providing timely, accurate and courteous service to guests through supervision of restaurant staff.  Supervise opening and closing procedures when scheduled as manager on duty.  Assist in maintaining company standards of quality and cleanliness in order to achieve an exceptional level of customer service and project a positive café/restaurant image.

Management Positions:

General Manager, Restaurant Manager:

We are searching for energetic and seasoned leaders to be a part of our management team, people who like to work in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about food, care about people and strive to provide the best experience for their guests.

The ideal Manager would have strong leadership and financial skills, be guest-focused and proficient in the culinary operations.

Responsibilities include providing development for the management team and hourly staff; working with the management team to create a safe and sanitary work environment; ability to attain financial goals associated with budgets, cost controls and the P&L and ultimately insuring our daily shift execution produces an outstanding guest experience.
