Our Chefs
Leading Boudin's kitchens are two veterans who bring extensive expertise to the table. James Chan, Executive Chef at Bistro Boudin, apprenticed with masters in Paris; his insistence on only the freshest and best creates dynamic seasonal menus for our guests. Originally a Boudin prep supervisor, Dexter Lee now preps a different kind of ingredient: he's the Culinary Trainer for Boudin SF and all of our bakery cafés.
