2012 LOYALTY UPDATE
Thank you for participating in our Frequent Buyer Loyalty Program. We appreciate your loyal support along with your suggestions on how we can enhance our program. We have used your input to guide our efforts on changes that will take place to our loyalty program effective March 15th, 2012. Below is a recap of the upcoming changes:

We are extending the Baker's Dozen for another 13 months. Similar to years past your FREE monthly bread reward will be automatically uploaded to your account, ready for use with your first purchase of the month. Remember that you must redeem your monthly bread reward in the given month in order to avoid losing it.

Happy Birthday! Yes, we are adding a new Birthday offer, good for one (1) FREE sweet treat on your special day. This offer will be automatically uploaded to your account on your birthday and will available for use up to 30 days after before it expires. So be sure to update your profile to include your birthday if you have not already done so.

We are making a change to the reward offer. Effective 3/15, the new reward will be $3 for every 50 points earned. Please note that all rewards earned prior to March 15th at the previous rate will be honored. However we encourage you to use those rewards within the allotted 90 redemption period so that you do not lose them.

Mobile functionality is on its way. Scheduled to launch this summer, our new mobile functionality will make it even easier to earn and redeem points through the convenience of your smart phone. More news to come as the launch date approaches.
