Catering FAQs

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver with a minimum order of $50. Our orders are delivered in half hour windows (i.e. 10:30am-11:00am).

Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, the delivery fee is 10% of the order.

Do you deliver on the weekends?
Yes, we deliver on the weekends with a delivery fee of $25 minimum.

How much time in advance do I need to place my order?
We suggest the earlier you place the order, the better as this guarantees your preferred delivery time. We do accept same day orders with an additional $5.00 Same Day fee and we will then work your delivery into our existing deliveries.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept company checks and cash upon delivery with a credit card guarantee.

Can I place my order on line?
Yes, we have on line ordering for your convenience. Once you have placed your order, it is confirmed with a return e-mail or phone call.

What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Do you cater for large groups?
Yes, we cater from 10 people and up. Please call for information.

Are the items listed on your menu the only items I can order for special events?
Please call and speak to someone from our Sales Department.

Do you provide the plates, napkins and utensils?
Yes, all of our orders come with the appropriate plates, napkins, cups, utensils and condiments.
